Louis Vuitton Soho Make-Over b/w Kanye West LV Sneakers

Honoring the late Stephen Sprouse and his upcoming tribute collection designed by Louis Vuitton creative director Marc Jacobs, the Louis Vuitton store in SoHo has plastered a gargantuan print across their storefront. The display while cool to some, is kinda corny to us here at CG. Also, Deitch Projects will be holding a show in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, premiering this Friday January 9th, 2009 in celebration of the Stephen Sprouse collection.

Video of Kanye from TMZ reveals that those white kicks he’s been wearing as of late will be his own forthcoming design from Louis Vuitton. If only he would reveal when he no longer will use autotune.

Madonna for Louis Vuitton Ad Campaign

For Louis Vuitton’s latest range of iconic driven ad campaigns, creative director Marc Jacobs tapped Madonna’s creative talents for their upcoming 2009 spring/summer prints. The photoshoot results in six Parisian inspired pictures, showcasing the excellent photography of Steven Meisel and Madonna’s timeless personality. fragment design x Nike Footscape & Tennis Classic

Having already seen some Footscape samples from Hiroshi Fujiwara this past week, he now hits us with some insightful news regarding his fragment design firm and Nike. Two projects are in full effect including a Footscape model featuring its trademark asymmetrical lacing system and vibrant accenting. The second shoe is the timeless Tennis Classic done up in a two-tone backdrop with assistant from Japanese brand uniform experiment. It looks like this project is slated for a 2009 release, although details are dim at this point. Stay tuned in the coming months for further news regarding both kicks.
